Denae` Andrews Biography
Denae` Antoinette Andrews was born on June 26, 1983 to parents Ben & Joyce Andrews. She is the youngest of five children born to this union. At the tender age of nine, she accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior of her life. Although she grew up without godparents to care about her, she knew right then and there that her aunt Minnie Johnson cared more than enough to be both her godmother and aunt by being there for her when needed. Denae` is a member of Holy Bible Faith Center where her father Ben Edward Andrews serves as Senior Pastor. She accepted her call to minister the Gospel of Jesus Christ bilingually in English and Spanish at the age of 21, preached her first message at 22, and was an ordained minister at 24 years of age. At her church, she works in the sound room, serves as photographer for her church's website, teaches the children on Sunday nights, and teaches the Sunday School class for women in rotation. Also, she is the main volunteer Spanish instructor who teaches the language at the school called Steps Along The Way Development Center. In addition, she attends Lamar University as a student majoring in General Studies with a concentration in Spanish. Denae` is expected to return to Lamar to major in American Sign Language as an interpreter after graduation in August 2017 with a Bachelor Degree in General Studies. In her spare time, she loves to do photography for special events, floral design as well as scrap-booking.
